Don't look at your feet silly

The basic story behind this picture is that Mickey would like to impress Minnie, Minnie would like to dance, and Mickey doesn't know how to dance. Cool right. Anyway, I don't have much practice in drawing steam punk or dancing so feel free to offer tips on how I can improve. One reason this drawing seems a little off is that at first I wanted to have 3 musketeers style costumes.
